Chair A Committee

Do you have a flair for putting on incredible events?  Can you organize groups of people?  Would you like to have fun and make friends while you do it?

When you chair a position you can do just that!

We need to fill the following positions:

Vice President-Take an active roll in the PTO.  Work along side the PTO President, oversee committee chairs, attend events, be part of the decision making process.  Plan on about 5 hours per month, more as needed

Elf-Fair Coordinator: Recruit adult and youth craft vendors and execute plan for craft fair during Winterfest held in December. Excellent position for working parent
provided they can be available day of the event.

Fundraising Chair:  Oversee Fall fundraising efforts to include packet distribution and collection,merchandise distribution, accounting, marketing of sale.  
Coordinate other fundraising events to include spirit nights and other one time fundraisers. 
Heavy amount of time needed during the month of August and September.

Teacher Hospitality: Ensure that our teachers feel want and fuzzy through out the school year,
coordinate conference meals and Staff appreciation week.
Busiest time will be in May will need to be available during the school day.

Edu-kit Coordinator:  work closely with teachers to create school supply list and coordinate with Edu kit, marketing and distribution of school wide supplies.  
Busiest in May and August. Excellent position for working parents.

Bear Crawl Coordinator:  This is an excellent opportunity to give back to our school while 
creating a fun fitness inspired fundraiser.  Will need to be excellent with creating
 a plan for large groups of people, marketing, and accounting.  Busiest in April-May but planning starts in February, will need to be available all day during the event.

Bear Team:  This is an opportunity for all adult males to be a positive influence for all of our students and our school. You will work closely with staff and teachers to provide student support  and make connections with students that could use a positive male role model.. Work is done throughout the school day and times are flexible.

Yearbook Team   You will work with a team to design and create our yearbook.  
You should plan on being at most events or coordinating with our team members to ensure that we have captured all of those memories. Attention to detail is imperative, ability to work within a strict dead line  is a must. Busiest time is February-March excluding school events.

Pine Lane Paparazzi: Attend school events, capture school moments and submit photographs for yearbook use.  A good quality camera is needed along with excellent organization skills.  
Photos will be uploaded via the yearbook website basic computer skills needed.

PTO Volunteer: Can’t commit to a specfic committee but still want to help as needed
